Hotel/Airbnb address: how to enter it correctly (no delays, no changes)

Bad example (generic):

• “Hotel Playa de Palma”
• “Hotel in Palmanova”

Tip: if the hotel has a long name, use the official one (as shown on Booking/Google). Avoid odd abbreviations.

Street + number + door/entrance + town + (optional) pin

Good example:

• “Carrer de Sant Magí 12, 3ºB, 07013 Palma (entrance at the corner)”
• “Avinguda de s’Albufera 25, Block C, entrance 2, 07458 Can Picafort”

Bad example (ambiguous):

• “Airbnb Santa Catalina”
• “Apartment Cala Millor”
• “House near the beach”

If there is no street number: add building/urbanization name and the entrance (“side door”, “reception”, “garage”, etc.).

The real #1 mistake: writing an area instead of an address

If you write an area, someone has to ask:

• “Which exact street?”
• “Which entrance?”
• “Can you confirm the pin?”

Add block + entrance and a reference:

Pedestrian street or restricted access

Clarify the practical point:

• “Pedestrian street — best drop-off at ‘Plaza X’ (50m away)”
