1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the HappyTransferMallorca website and the management of taxi transfer bookings in Mallorca.

By using the website and/or placing a booking, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Nature of the service (intermediation)

HappyTransferMallorca operates as a booking management and intermediation platform between users and licensed professional drivers.

The transport service is provided directly by the assigned driver or license holder, who is the effective transport provider and is responsible for the performance of that transport service under applicable law.

3. Booking, confirmation and transport contract

• Booking requests are processed based on the information provided by the user.
• A booking is deemed confirmed once expressly communicated through the enabled channels (e.g., email or messaging).
• The passenger transport contract is entered into between the user and the assigned driver/service provider.

4. User obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete data required to manage the transfer.
• Review the booking confirmation and report any errors in reasonable time.
• Be present at the agreed pickup point and time.
• Behave respectfully and comply with applicable safety and transport rules.

5. Prices, payments, changes and cancellations

• Prices shown during booking include, unless otherwise stated, the applicable items for the requested service.
• Payment, change and cancellation conditions are displayed during booking and/or in the booking confirmation.
• Any changes requested after confirmation are subject to driver availability and notified conditions.

6. Incidents and liability framework

• Incidents arising from transfer performance (delays, no-show, service quality, luggage or personal items left in the vehicle, accidents, or any event during transport) must be addressed primarily to the driver/effective service provider.
• HappyTransferMallorca is not liable for events attributable to the driver or for force majeure and circumstances beyond its control (traffic, weather, administrative restrictions, airport disruptions, etc.).
• HappyTransferMallorca’s liability is limited to proper booking request management and transmission to the driver, and reasonable coordination support.
• Nothing above limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

7. Transport regulations

Transport is provided under the responsibility of the authorized driver and in accordance with applicable national, regional and local regulations in Spain and the Balearic Islands for taxi transport.

8. Permitted use of the website

Use of the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes, or in any way that may affect site operation or third-party rights, is prohibited.

9. Intellectual property

Website contents (texts, designs, trademarks, images, code and other elements) are owned by HappyTransferMallorca or licensed third parties and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior authorization.

10. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-party links

The website may include links to third-party sites. HappyTransferMallorca does not control and assumes no responsibility for their content or policies.

12. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law.
